Frustrated

Just downloaded the app & it only takes me to the "pay $9.99" screen, then crashes. Over and over. I click on app support or developer website to get help without a lousy review and am taken to my Facebook newsfeed. Useless and no help available. I hope an update happens quickly...its that or a refund.
